One person can register and pay for multiple attendees by adding multiple registration fees to the cart.

Due to space availability at the venue, priority will be given to participants who have submitted abstracts for presentations and to organizations that are registered as observers with the CBD. 
All other interested parties (individuals or organizations that would like to send representatives) from countries requiring a visa for Canada, please get in touch (conf2023@geobon.org) before registering. Paying the registration fee does not automatically lead to an invitation letter for visa application and it might lead to cancellations incurring cancellation fees.

Full passes for the conference are no longer available except for presenters. If you have a talk or poster and you are still not registered, please get in touch with us.

Members of the press must present valid press credentials at the registration desk, where possible. Where a press credential is not available, a government-issued photo ID (passport for media not residing in Canada) is required.

Note that there is a media feed box available on Monday morning during the plenary.
